CHRONO-NUTRITION AT A GLANCE

What is Chrono-Nutrition?

Chrono-Nutrition is the focus of the latest scientific findings concerning the interaction between one's metabolism and internal biological clock.

Medical treatment

The Chrono-Nutrition program designed by Dr. Ana Gifing is a long-proven method for losing weight, which is only offered by experienced doctors. In Switzerland, it is only offered by Dr. Tatjana Somborski.

Intolerances

Each patient is individually tested to see which foods are easily digested and which foods burden their metabolism and hinder weight loss. A distinction is made between temporary and long-term intolerances.

Ongoing Monitoring

Chrono-Nutrition is not a trend diet. It is a method that has helped more than 60,000 people lose weight in a healthy way. Progress is continuously measured under medical supervision (high blood pressure, blood sugar, liver function tests, reduction of bad fat, etc.).
